Filing an Administrative Complaint with NRC:
Any interested party has the legal right to administratively complain against the actions or omissions of the NRC concerning registrations and publications. The complaint is made within 30 days after the day the complainant has received notification of the approval or refusal of the registration, or from the day the registration has been published in the Bulletin of Official Registration Notices of the NRC.
In the cases where there is silent consent and NRC does not issue the relevant certificate and/or does not perform the relevant publications within the terms provided in the NRC law, the subject may at anytime file an administrative claim requesting the issuance of the initial registration certificate, or of the certificate that certifies the other performed registrations, as well as the publication of these data.
Any interested person has the right to administratively complain when NRC does not issue the extracts or certified copies of the acts in accordance with the provisions of the NRC Law. The 30-days term for the introduction of a complaint starts 5 days after the day of filing the request for the issuance of the extract or copy of the required act.
